PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY · MELROSE, MA
Tired of being told your pelvic symptoms are "just normal"?
Talk to a real pelvic floor specialist for free: 15 minutes, no commitment, no pressure.
Pelvic floor issues are more common than most people realize, and more treatable than most providers admit.
If any of these sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
You've been dealing with this long enough
Leaking when you cough, sneeze, or run
Pain or discomfort during intimacy
Postpartum recovery isn't going as planned
Pelvic pressure or heaviness that won't let up
Tailbone or coccyx pain that nobody has been able to fix
Constant urge to pee, even when you just went
Diastasis recti or core weakness after the baby
Painful periods or endometriosis discomfort
If you're nodding along to any of these, a free 15-min Discovery Call is the easiest first step. No commitment, no pressure, just a real conversation with a specialist who will actually listen.

You've been dealing with this long enough
We know "free call" can feel like code for a sales pitch. It's not. This is a real 15-minute conversation with a specialist. Here's how it goes:
You talk. We listen.
Tell us what's going on: what hurts, how long it's been happening, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping for. We're not rushing to the next patient. You have our full attention.
We answer your questions.
Is pelvic floor PT right for what I'm dealing with? What does treatment actually look like? How much will it cost? We give you honest, clear answers, even if the answer is that we're not the right fit.
You decide.
If it sounds like a good match, you can book your initial evaluation. If it's not the right next step for you, we'll point you toward better options.

TESTIMONIALS
Don't take our word for it
These are real patients who came to us after being dismissed, misdiagnosed, or simply told to "just live with it." They didn't have to, and neither do you.
"I had an excellent experience with the pelvic therapy I received from Christine. I've had consistent horrible coccyx pain for over a year and was hopeless after going to other Physical Therapy rehabs. After working with Christine, my pain is gone, and I'm able to sit, move, and go about my day without constantly thinking about discomfort."
"If I could give Boston Pelvic PT more than 5 stars I would! I started with BPPT when I was 6 weeks postpartum, after suffering some very unpleasant pelvic floor issues during the end of my pregnancy. Over 4 months, Christine and I worked to nearly eliminate the symptoms. I would recommend BPPT to anyone looking for expert, kind, and compassionate pelvic floor care."
"There honestly aren't enough words to explain how great Dr. Katie and Boston Pelvic PT are. I had a couple of PTs before her give up on me because I'm a complex case. She has stuck with me through all of it, adjusting my treatment plan whenever needed. She's incredibly collaborative, and I've always felt heard."
