Reservation Policy

Reservations for appointments can be made on the Contact Us page. Once scheduled, you will be sent information regarding your appointment a few days prior. Reminder notices will also be sent  prior to your appointment via email. If these are not received please contact us at (813) 709-8341. 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule appointments in Jane up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. After that, please email your clinician directly.

  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 fee. 

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the visit ($250 for evaluations, $200 for follow-ups).

We dedicate your appointment time and a clinician just to you. Late changes prevent us from offering that time to another person in need. This policy helps us maintain fairness and the highest quality of service for all of our clients. Thank you for respecting it.

Payment

The credit card on file will be charged following the session. If there is no credit card on file, payment will be due in full at the time of the visit in the form of credit card, cash, check or venmo.

Website/Google Analytics Privacy Notice

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve your experience. This tool collects basic information like:

  • Which pages you visit

  • How long you stay on our site

  • Your general location (city/region, not exact address)

  • Your browser and device type

  • If you book an appointment with us on Jane, our patient platform

Important Details:

  • Your IP address is anonymized - we've configured Google Analytics so your specific location cannot be identified

  • We only use this on our *booking* pages - NOT on forms where you enter health information

  • Google doesn't sign healthcare agreements - which is why we've carefully configured our setup to avoid collecting any protected health information
