About this Role:
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional, individualized care to our diverse patient population. This role emphasizes a focus on comprehensive treatment, allowing you to utilize your expertise without the constraints of traditional insurance models.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one patient care in spacious, private treatment rooms.
Conduct 1 hour sessions, allowing for thorough assessment and treatment.
Manage a varied caseload including pre- and post-partum, pelvic pain, male pelvic health, orthopedic conditions, and other complex diagnoses.
Engage with patients who are motivated and committed to their recovery journey.
Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives.

Our founder, Dr. Alex, is a PRPC-certified pelvic health expert and podcast host ("Under the Hood")
Team includes postpartum corrective exercise specialists and clinicians trained in dry needling and pessary fitting
BPPT is known for staying current with research and contributing thought leadership through blogs, newsletters, and social media
Who We're Looking For:
Licensed PFPT with at least 1–2 years of clinical pelvic health experience
Strong manual skills, patient communication, and clinical reasoning
Committed to inclusive, trauma-informed care
Excited to work in a collaborative, low-ego environment
Interest in learning more about pelvic health (even if not an expert in every area yet)
Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible schedule
Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience
PTO and paid sick time (health insurance not included)
