About this Role:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional, individualized care to our diverse patient population. This role emphasizes a focus on comprehensive treatment, allowing you to utilize your expertise without the constraints of traditional insurance models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one patient care in spacious, private treatment rooms.

  • Conduct 1 hour sessions, allowing for thorough assessment and treatment.

  • Manage a varied caseload including pre- and post-partum, pelvic pain, male pelvic health, orthopedic conditions, and other complex diagnoses.

  • Engage with patients who are motivated and committed to their recovery journey.

  • Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives.

  • Option to treat specialized populations or modalities (dry needling, prolapse/pessary, postpartum running)

5. Leadership in the Field

  • Our founder, Dr. Alex, is a PRPC-certified pelvic health expert and podcast host ("Under the Hood")

  • Team includes postpartum corrective exercise specialists and clinicians trained in dry needling and pessary fitting

  • BPPT is known for staying current with research and contributing thought leadership through blogs, newsletters, and social media

Who We're Looking For:

  • Licensed PFPT with at least 1–2 years of clinical pelvic health experience

  • Strong manual skills, patient communication, and clinical reasoning

  • Committed to inclusive, trauma-informed care

  • Excited to work in a collaborative, low-ego environment

  • Interest in learning more about pelvic health (even if not an expert in every area yet)

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Flexible schedule

  • Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience
